The Integrated Space Management System is a system that manages information about buildings, floors, and room details for school facilities. The Information Technology Services Department provides a service called ‘Reservation HaSha’ through the Integrated Space Management System, allowing users to reserve individual rooms.

How to Use

  • 예약하샤 Access
  • For Space Management and Reservation Approval Management, log in to ADMINSITE, make necessary permission changes, and then use the system.
  • For Reservation Functionality, log in to USERSITE, search for available spaces, and submit a reservation request.
