Single Sign On(SSO)
With integrated verification, users may log in with their SNU_ID to one of the IT systems in the integrated verification domain and use the services of other IT systems without a separate login process.
For example, a user may login to mySNU (Portal, https://my.snu.ac.kr) and then connect to eTL, Writing Class, Library, the official SNU website, and IT&S without needing to go through a separate verification process.
Go to Request
- Users must comply with ‘SNU’s Basic Guidelines on Information and Communication Security.’
- An operating person who is responsible for data management should be available.
- The SNU IP address and domain (*.snu.ac.kr) should be used.
Targets of Service
The institutional ID and relevant support are provided to institutions, in the following priority, who are establishing IT systems that provides services in harmony with SNU’s purpose of establishment.
- Educational institutions (Exclude institutions smaller than a school and departments)
- Administrative institutions
- Supporting institutions
- Affiliated facilities under direct control of the university headquarters
- Other institutions may need to consult with the chief of the IS&T SNU
Use Integrated Verification
The inquiry of user personal information needed for the application execution following integrated verification requires the approval by the offices holding the personal information.
- Consult with the person-in-charge at IS&T SNU in advance.
- Connect to the service below and submit a request form (through the electronic approval system).
- mySNU (Portal) > SNU Support > IT Services > Request Administrative Service > Request Integrated Verification Interlink
The following documents should be attached to the official document when submitting your service request.
- Document for Security (Refer to the attached file on the Request Integrated Verification link page.)
- Electronic documents approving the use of personal information issued by the offices holding said personal information (Office of Academic Affairs, Office of General Affairs, Office of General Affairs, and Office of Student Affairs)
- Use of license: Please contact to admin.
* There are no limits on the number of services per WAS.
Using Single Verification
The basic method of request is the same as the integrated verification.
- Consult with the person-in-charge in the IS&T SNU in advance.
- Connect to the service below and submit a request form (through the electronic approval system).
