Remote Access Service

This is an SSL VPN service that allows remote access to on-campus PCs and servers.
Only users who have applied in advance and received approval are eligible to use this service.

Request

After accessing the ITSM service (link), submit an application via [Security Services > New Remote Access Request].
– Requests are limited to on-campus members. For external users, an on-campus member must submit the request on their behalf.

Targets of Service

The service is available using the integrated authentication (SSO) ID used for on-campus systems such as mySNU.
Two-factor authentication (via an external email address or mobile phone) is mandatory.
