Computer Equipment Rental

At Seoul National University, students and staff can rent laptops from the Information Technology Department for educational and work purposes. Additionally, the Yeongeon Center provides equipment rentals such as laptops, camcorders, projectors, digital cameras, and more to members of the Yeongeon Campus community to enhance their school experience.

How to Use
  • Apply online, receive confirmation of your application by email (including a payment request for the rental fee), make the payment for the rental fee (on-site card payment available), confirm the payment, and then rent the equipment. Equipment returns are only possible at the rental location.

Application Method (Reservation Menu)
  • Reservation: Seoul National University Portal (https://my.snu.ac.kr) login → Snugenie Support → IT Services → Equipment Rental → Equipment
    Payment: Automatic transfer or credit card payment (on-site payment available)
  • ※ After applying for equipment rental, please check the email for application confirmation and payment instructions.
  • Confirm the specified amount.

  • Weekdays 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Not available for rental and return on weekends and holidays)
    ※ Please adhere to the return date (late fees will be double the rental fee per day)
    ※ In case of equipment loss or damage, it must be replaced with the same item.”
