Overview

  • The Information Technology Center supports feasibility, technical, and security reviews for information technology projects carried out by various colleges and institutions within the university. This helps prevent duplicate investments in campus IT projects and ensures the quality of services.

A review of whether the information technology project aligns with the direction of information technology development, whether there is any duplication of investments, and whether the budget is appropriate.

Technical ReviewAn evaluation of compliance with information technology standards, technical suitability, and other relevant factors (applies to project plans, requests for proposals, etc.)

Security Review

An assessment of the adequacy and efficiency of information security measures for the information technology project.

 

  • Depending on the project’s scale, it may be conducted by the Information Technology Office, the Ministry of Education, or the National Information Society Agency.
