Administrative Information System

The Administrative Information System is an integrated management system for the operation of the school, consisting of Academic Administration, General Administration, and Research Administration. The Research Administration System was established in 2008 and has been in operation. Following the transition to a national university corporation on December 28, 2011, the project to build the Next-Generation Integrated Administrative Information System was divided into two phases: Phase 1 for General Administration and Phase 2 for Academic Administration.

 

Integrated Administrative Information System, which is the Academic Administration System, was completed in November 2013 and provides services for student management, course management, registration management, scholarship management, grade management, and graduation management.

Status

  • The Academic Administration System includes functions such as student management, admissions management, course management, registration management, scholarship management, grade management, and graduation management.

  • The General Administration System encompasses personnel management for faculty, faculty appointments, staff personnel, budget management, accounting, procurement, materials management, asset management, salary management, and welfare management, among others.

How to Use

  • After logging in to the Seoul National University portal (http://my.snu.ac.kr), click on the ‘Academic/Administration’ menu and select the ‘Department’ menu.
